Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & SERPs (Searches)
​
You can cancel at any time from inside the app: Account → Billing → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect immediately.
When you cancel, all new SERPs (searches) stop running right away, including any scheduled or recurring searches.
You may still log in and view your existing historical data, but no new SERPs (searches) will be performed after cancellation.
 
2. Upgrading Your Plan

You may upgrade your plan at any time by purchasing a higher-tier plan.
When you upgrade:
  • The new plan starts immediately and is charged at the full price.
  • Your previous plan is automatically cancelled by our system.
  • You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your previous plan.
The refund for the unused part of the previous plan will be issued within 14 days.
The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining unused period or remaining unused SERPs (searches), depending on your plan’s structure.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
​
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
  • Cancellation is immediate.
  • All new SERPs (searches) stop running.
  • You retain access to your account and historical data.
  • You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Refunds are issued within 14 days.
Refund formula (if applicable to your plan):
 
Refund Amount = (Unused SERPs ÷ Monthly SERP Allotment) × Monthly Fee
This refund applies only to the current billing month at the time of cancellation.
The following items are not refundable:
  • Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Billing Disputes
​
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact support@robinhoodanalytics.com within 30 days of the charge date.
After 30 days, all charges are considered final and accepted.
