Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

​

• Cancellation is immediate.

• All new SERPs (searches) stop running.

• You retain access to your account and historical data.

• You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Refunds are issued within 14 days.

Refund formula (if applicable to your plan):

Refund Amount = (Unused SERPs ÷ Monthly SERP Allotment) × Monthly Fee

​

This refund applies only to the current billing month at the time of cancellation.

​

The following items are not refundable:

• Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact support@robinhoodanalytics.com within 30 days of the charge date.

After 30 days, all charges are considered final and accepted.
